Terms of use

In short: Atlas gives suggestions from public data and AI. You decide what to do with them, and to the fullest extent the law allows we aren't liable for those decisions. Report packs are one-off payments with credits that never expire. Only the Agency plan is monthly, and you can cancel it any time.

1. Who we are

Audience Atlas ("Atlas", "we", "us") is run by [Company name], a company registered in England and Wales (number [company number]) at [registered address]. Atlas is part of leadstoolpack. You can contact us at [support email].

2. What Atlas does

Atlas suggests places, audiences and keywords to help you plan marketing. It ranks towns, cities and areas using public data (such as population grids, census figures and business counts) and, when you use live reports, search data from DataForSEO and place data from Google Maps. AI reads your request and writes summaries from those figures.

Atlas never connects to or changes your advertising accounts.

3. Suggestions only

Everything Atlas shows is a suggestion: scores, rankings, places, postcodes, keywords, audiences, strategies, forecasts, laws summaries and briefs. They are estimates that may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they are not legal, financial, tax or marketing advice or a promise of results. AI can make mistakes.

Any decision you make using Atlas is yours. Check anything important independently, and take professional advice where you need it, before you spend money or act.

7. Data from other services

Live reports use data from DataForSEO (Google Ads keyword data) and Google Maps. Their figures are estimates, and their own terms apply to that data. Census and public data are used under the licences shown on the Sources page, including the Open Government Licence.

8. Fair use

Don't try to get around credit or AI limits, copy the data in bulk, or resell Atlas or its data as your own product. Exports and briefs are yours to use in your own marketing and your clients' marketing.

9. Changes and closing

We may improve or change Atlas, its data and these terms. We'll show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell active customers about important changes. If we ever close Atlas, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can use your credits.

10. Our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, Atlas, its data or its suggestions, including lost profits, lost revenue or wasted advertising spend.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and its courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of your local law.
